Serving the Tampa Bay area since 2005, Cyndee is a founding member of the Certified Probate Real Estate Advisory Board who consistently earns the trust and confidence of her clients, executors, trustees, and professionals as their "easy button" for real estate, as well as, all the many important tasks that need to be addressed when a loved one passes. Her team's caring, concierge approach and their unique ability to offer a breadth of estate administration resources and services enables Cyndee and her team to successfully help families with the many aspects of estate administration, no matter how small or how complex they truly become an extension of your family, every step of the way. Cyndee has published and authored 8 books with several focused specifically on helping Personal Representatives and Estate Attorneys in the probate process. She is a 2021 NAR Leadership Academy graduate and 2023 NAR Chair of the Insurance Committee
