Agnes Rivera has over 20 years of experience handling sales and leasing of office and retail spaces to a wide range of industries including financial services, legal, professional, educational and government entities. From 2004 to 2013 Ms. Rivera was the in-house broker for HR Real Estate Management Inc., a commercial real estate management firm that managed an office and retail portfolio of over one million square feet in the downtown financial district of San Juan and is now the Broker-Owner of American International Real Estate, LLC. Her scope of services includes brokerage, investment analysis, strategies, and risk analysis. Sale and lease transactions for office and retail, tenant and landlord representation, consultation, market analysis, and location analysis. She is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor and Certified Commercial Investment Member. Ms. Rivera is a Graduate of the CCIM JWL Leadership Academy and a 2022 recipient of NARs National Commercial Award.
