Monica is the host of NAR's "Center for REALTOR^® Development" podcast. She speaks internationally, at state and local association events, and is an instructor for CRS, REBAC and REBI. She is the author of Straight Talk for Real Estate Success-80 Tips for Structuring, Organizing and Promoting your Business. Monica still actively sells homes and is a 20 year veteran in the Nashville, TN market. In 2015, the Williamson County Association of REALTORS^® awarded her REALTOR^® of the Year. In 2014, REBAC presented her with the SRES Outstanding Service Award. Monica has served on numerous REALTOR^® committees at the national, state and local level. In 2023, she was awarded Tennessee REALTORS^® Educator of the Year. Monica has earned the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation from the National Speakers Association.
