Laura is the Vice President of The Collaborative Companies and oversees research, design development and inventory and pricing management for all TCC projects. Laura's knowledge of the New England real estate market is unmatched, allowing her to provide Clients with in-depth analysis of market conditions and trends. In her role, Laura creates customized market reports that provide recommendations and product positioning for land parcels and other existing buildings. Working closely with development and onsite sales/leasing teams, she assists in making key program and pricing decisions prior to and throughout a project's life cycle. Laura's expertise encompasses boutique and large master plan condominiums, multifamily, mixed-use developments for ground-up new construction, adaptive reuse and conversions projects.
