Tharlyn currently leads the Legislation, Education, Advocacy, Production Systems - otherwise known as the LEAP Coalition - at John Deere. She serves as an advocate for racial equality and equity and invests in opportunities to advance social and economic changes for Black Farmers. Tharlyn partners with the National Black Growers Council and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to eliminate barriers created by Heirs Property and provide resources to advance the lives and livelihoods of Black farmers.
