Stella Han is the co-founder and CEO of Fractional, a one-stop shop for friends and communities to co-invest in real estate together. Since the companys start in 2021, Fractional has empowered thousands of new and experienced investors in their journey toward building financial wealth. Fractional users have teamed up to buy properties from single-family long-term and short-term rentals to multifamily and portfolio deals. Fractional was recently valued at $100MM and is backed by world-class investors including Fifth Wall, NAR REACH, Y Combinator, Will Smith, Kevin Durant, and others. Stella is an avid real estate investor herself. She currently co-owns more than 100 units across Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and Cincinnati. Before Fractional, Stella was a tech lead at Affirm where she built and scaled prequalification, identity verification, and payment processing systems. Stella graduated from Carnegie Mellon University where she studied Computer Science.
