Brendan Fairbanks
Brendan Fairbanks is Founder and CEO of Perchwell, a real estate technology company based in New York. Perchwell is the next generation MLS technology and data platform, offering a complete workflow solution for MLSs and their membership. In addition to a full frontend and integrated data platform, Perchwells open API layer features RESO compliant SEARCH and UPDATE web APIs, which facilitate easy integrations and serve as the foundation of a modern technology ecosystem. Prior to founding Perchwell, Brendan worked in finance, holding positions in private equity investing at First Reserve and investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Brendan graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Economics in 2008 and is a native of New Hampshire.
