Michelle Czekalski Bradley is a certified general appraiser with over 37 years' experience, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a certified distance education instructor, qualified expert with the Pennsylvania Department of State, and a real estate broker. She is a real estate educator and course author, and founder of Bradley Consultants, a real estate appraisal education school. She currently serves as Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board with the Appraisal Foundation, which is responsible for writing, amending, and interpreting the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the competency, ethical and performance standards for real estate appraisers. She works in her family's independent real estate and appraisal company, founded by her grandmother in 1963, where she serves as Chief Appraiser and Manager of the appraiser division. Michelle has supervised four appraiser trainees who are now certified appraisers.
