Frank Baloun has been a full time active Real Estate Broker for over 35 years with expertise in residential, commercial, mid-rise and high-rise multi-family, condominium conversion, property development, renovation and new home construction and has helped thousands of families through the home buying and selling process. Originally from Chicago, IL he owned and operated four RE/MAX offices with over 100 top producing Sales Associates and also owned his own construction company, Chicago Custom Homes, which renovated hundreds of properties under his direction. He also has represented many real estate developers, initiating and implementing the sales and marketing of their residential developments including managing the sales teams within the various sales centers. Frank is currently the Broker/Manager of BHHS Florida Realty flagship Orlando/Winter Park office and uses his years of team leadership experience to actively support his exceptionally qualified team of Sales Associates.
