Tracey Hawkins

"Tracey, the Safety Lady" Hawkins is a former real estate agent who has taught thousands of agents nationally to live & work safely for over 29 years. Hawkins, host (and the RM team) won a gold award for the "Drive With NAR: The Safety Series" podcast! She is a regular safety expert/contributor for REALTOR® Magazine (she wrote the most-read article of the year in 2017). She is a safety writer for The Close, Inman, and RISMedia. She has created the country's only real estate safety designation, broker, manager and owner office safety certification, and hosts AI Cybersecurity training. She teaches how to create a strong safety and security culture in the real estate community and incorporates Psychological Safety principles. Hawkins has been featured in industry publications, and The Today Show, The Boston Globe, the Washington Post, cnn.com, abcnews.com, Des Moines Register, the Kansas City Star, ABC, CBS, NBS, and FOX news affiliates, and MORE.
