The Other 'AI' - Accessibility Issues and Exemplifying Inclusivity for Individuals with Diverse Abilities

The percentage of individuals with accessibility issues and disabilities in the United States is increasing rapidly and currently accounts for 1 in 4 Americans. It is crucial that we become familiar with a proper standard of practice when serving these clients. This session will emphasize how DEI aims to address issues of accessibility, inclusion, diversity, and equity for ALL people and a greater understanding that the world we live in is not equally accessible to everyone.
