From Real Estate Investment to Wealth: A Blue Print

The ownership of a home is the gateway to financial stability and wealth. As an investor who has chosen real estate to create generational wealth for my family, as well as income, I will moderate a panel of diverse industry professionals who have purchased what I believe is the most sound and safest financial investment. From teaching community seminars to coaching fellow agents and turning renters into buyers, we can equip REALTORS® to use their real estate license to not only sell homes but teach others how to create personal wealth for themselves and their families-and even use their real estate business as a retirement strategy. During our time, panelists will study the anatomy of a business strategy of going from selling to owning, the building of wealth as a real estate agent/investor and the importance of building and using equity as a powerful tool in the process. We will also discuss how to coach clients in this relatively safe business investment. We will also have a speaker in these specialties share their successful small business models and actual next steps for budding entrepreneurs.
